After moving into our house and remodeling it, our Hunter Douglas shades looked like they were too far gone to be saved. The Cellular and Silhouette shades are 27 years old and were filthy. I found Ultrasonic Cleaning via an email to Hunter Douglas. I am so glad I did! My shades look brand new. My husband said he had no idea our shades were white, he thought they were made with yellow fabric! Jim and Joe were incredible. Jim was the one I communicated with and he was reliable and quick to respond. He worked to find a time that was convenient for us, arrived just when we expected and worked so hard. It was worth every penny, and we wish we would have done it earlier. The ultrasonic cleaning is incredible. We can’t recommend Jim and CBA enough.

UCA was 1/3 the cost of our other quote. Jim and Clarence showed up on time, cleaned everything right here, and did our 1800 sq ft house in 4 hours! Jim is a perfectionist that insisted on repairing all the little things such as shortening the pulls, repairing the broken clips, and cleaning all the sills at no extra charge! We have had lots of contractors at our house, and it was so great to have pros come in, do their job, and afterwords feel like we definitely got a superior job without any add-ons to the bill that you dread when it comes time to write the check!
